Fonts previewed on the Site are open-source families provided by Google Fonts and are subject to their own licenses (most commonly the SIL Open Font License). You are responsible for reviewing and complying with each font’s license before using it in your projects. Fontarl is not affiliated with Google.
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, branding, and original content are the property of Fontarl. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Font files themselves remain the property of their respective creators.

The Site and its tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that font previews, suggestions, or license information are complete or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fontarl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
